Neptune Resort - Mermaid Beach

Absolutely loved my cozy one-bedroom apartment! Spotless and had everything needed. The staff were super polite and helpful, which made my stay even more special. The shower needed a bit of an upgrade though. 😊

The rooms are well decorated and well-appointed and generally offer iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The whole place had a quiet atmosphere and I definitely want to stay in that area again. Came here for 4 days, the hotel was comfortable and straightforward, it had ideal location right by Oasis Mall as well as Very close to Broadbeach train / bus depot for easy airport travel. My stay was real good, and the entire staff were especially helpful and attentive...

I wasn't ready for this!

A pleasant surprise awaited me! I stayed for two nights in a well-maintained one-bedroom apartment. Perfect location, I enjoyed morning walks to the beach and nearby shops. The full kitchen and spacious bathroom with a spa tub were highlights. Don't forget the on-site café for great coffee! Can't wait to return!

The location is great - 5 minutes to beach, Pac Fair and cafes/restaurants. Room was modern, tidy and clean and came with kitchen and laundry which is good for long stays.

Pool was a bit small. Gym was also small.

Absolutely loved the sticky kitchen floor, it really added to the ambiance. Such a shame about the hard pillows, a delicate touch would've been perfect. I also really thought I'd get a complimentary upgrade, but yet again, no special treatment was in sight. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Will not be returning, what a letdown!

Price, handy to patrolled beaches, close to a restaurant precinct. Easy to locate, close to major shopping centre

Clean one-bedroom apartment, perfect for access to the beach and Pacific Fair. Traffic noise can be disturbing.

The location is a major highlight, just a quick stroll to the beach and local shops. The pool area is clean and well-kept, perfect for sunbathing. On the downside, the kitchen utensils could be better stocked, and the pool doesn't get much sun in the later afternoon. While underground parking is a plus, the fitness center could use enhancements to match guest expectations.

The dark and somewhat dingy bathroom could certainly use upgrades!!! Cleaning practices seemed inconsistent and left a lot to be desired!!!

The room had a cozy feel and was impressively clean. I loved the close proximity to shops and the beach, offering great accessibility.

The spa didn't last as long as advertised and I was disappointed the towels provided were limited, requiring me to request more.

Great heated pool and secured parking, but the fitness centre was quite basic.

The location is perfect, super close to the beach and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean, had all we needed for cooking. Loved the little cafe downstairs, best coffee ever! Amazing views from the room, was like paradise.
